Refund policy

All orders are final sale. Turn Around Time (TAT) is 10/15 business days (unless otherwise stated at the top of the site or in the item description for embroidery or preorder items). This excludes weekends and holidays. Your item(s) will ship before the end of TAT. TAT excludes shipping time, once your item(s) have been mailed, I am no longer responsible. If your item has not shipped by the time TAT is up, you may request a refund. I do not accept returns or refunds unless an issue occurred on my part. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to me and I will attempt to resolve your issue to the best of my abilities!
